I just had the same flashing ETC light and ESC light today: very cold temp, occurred as I exited the freeway--engine fully warmed up. Engine power in a limp home mode--could not accelerate hard or go over 30 mph. Parked the car for a couple of hours. Floored the accelerator pedal a couple of times and then started the car.
