A simple scan tool will not be able to reset the countdown message, only clear DTC's. Takes a dealer level diagnostic tool which costs thousands. Not sure if the alfaOBD software can do it either. As has been stated before, your countdown message may very well go away by itself after a few restarts and driving.

That code is for #2 Nox sensor. It's in the exhaust pipe after the treatment system, right where the tailpipe bends to go up over the axle. Has nothing to do with actual def dosing.
