Harman pellet stove not feeding

Sep 26, 2013. #1. I have a Harman P68 Pellet stove that will not ignite and is not acting right. It acts like their is heat all of the time; when you plug it in even in the off position the combustion blower will come on even when the unit is cold. I replace the ESP sensor in the exhaust thinking that was the problem but it is still doing it.

I have a Harman Invincible pellet stove that has been working for several years but now will not shut down in the off mode. 1.) Turn control pot to off. 2.) fire throttles way back into the throat. 3.) Stove cools down. 4.) Auger feeds the slightest amount of pellets, just enough to keep it barely going.Here are the facts: Stove temp - 100% driven the the ESP (temperature probe in stove exhaust flow).
