Sep 21, 2023 · 2015 - 2020 Ford F150 - Sync 3 fixed issues with update - I know there is a ton of info on this, just thought I'd share my experience hoping it may help someone else. I had the sync 3 issues with my 2020 Lariat, It was set up to automatically update over wifi. and was showing the 22251 build.

If you can synch your entire phone book then this would be about a 5 minute process. So not sure if you tried deleting your phone from the truck and re-adding.
