Comcast email on ipad

As of yesterday, I can no longer receive my Comcast emails on my iPad. I can send but not receive. The configuration is correct but keep getting one of 2 messages: Comcast is not available my email is not available I spoke to Comcast and they indicate no issues on their end. When I use their app, I get the emails just fine HELP!
