Assault rifle is better than the Chicago Typewriter mainly because it reloads faster. Unsure what the numbers say, but I've always personally like the assault rifle more than the Chicago or the beam. Has a good magazine, fire rate, and reload speed. Plus it claps when you can hit head shots over and over.
