In my school 70 & people were hitting 14-16seconds for 100 meters so i believe that the average is 15 seconds for a 13year old to run the 100m. I am 13 and the smallest in my class but one of the quickest and I did it in 13.05 seconds in my pe class about 3 days ago. I think the average time is about 15-17 secs. I am 15 and i ran 13.94 today.
