The cruise plan you bought only covered calls and texts, not data use. Any data use was charged at $2/mb. You should have turned data roaming off. It looks like the plans have a data limit, which is only 100 MB, which isn’t much at all, for the $60 plan (don’t see $50), and you get charged $10 for every 100MB over.
