Don't have angel fangs, but I recently had to take out my labret and it's left a scar that just looks like a dimple on my lower lip. Lip piercings do tend to leave more noticeable scars. I wouldn't worry too much about scarring. A bit of foundation for discoloration and/or scar wax to fill the dimple can do wonders.
