Last pregnancy I was about 1cm dilated for 2 weeks before my daughter came at 38wks2days. This time around I am 34.5 weeks and 2 cms dilated, BUT my doctor said that my cervix is still 'long.' I think that might be the deciding factor! As she said to me sure he could come tomorrow, or he could wait another 4 weeks.
